Garatu’s course Mathematics in English began yesterday in Kortesenabarri premises in Lejona. 18 teachers got together to form a working group led by Xiomara Gezuraga to improve their knowledge about Mathematics in English. Some of them already taught in English and others are willing to do so in the future. They’ll begin working with math vocabulary, but they also intend to find and select materials and to exchange experiences.

Leioako Kortesenabarri baserrian Mathematics in English Garatuko ikastaroa. Ingelesez irakasten duten edo etorkizunean irakasteko asmoa duten 18 irakasle elkartu dira lantalde bat osatzeko, Xiomara Gezuragaren laguntzaz, euren prestakuntza maila hobetzeko asmoz bai arloan zein ingelesean. Hasiera batean, esparruetako hiztegia landuz hasiko dira. Bestalde, baliabideak aukeratu, hobeztu eta bizipenak eta aukerak partekatzeko asmoa dute. Aurrera bada!

Mathematics in English en el
Caserío Kortesenabarri de Leioa. 18 profesores de matemáticas que imparten, o se preparan para impartir matemáticas en inglés, se han juntado para formar un grupo de trabajo, dinamizado por Xiomara Gezuraga, que les permitirá mejorar su cualificación profesional y su capacitación idiomática. Se proponen trabajar el vocabulario por ámbitos, recoger y seleccionar recursos y compartir experiencias y oportunidades. Ánimo!
